Can I try it without an account?
Yes. Create a label or open a PDF, PNG or JPEG, then download a PDF at your chosen size. Your draft stays on this device. Sign in when you want to save designs across computers.
Do I need the Print Bridge?
PDF downloads work in your browser. Direct printing uses the free desktop Print Bridge and a printer installed in your operating system. See current platform support; Windows PDF printing requires bridge 0.2.0 or newer and an installed SumatraPDF renderer.
Can it print a prepaid shipping label?
Yes. Open the carrier or marketplace PDF, select a page, crop the label area if needed, and choose the matching output size. PaperReady does not buy postage or generate carrier shipping labels.
What is included in Pro?
Free includes the designer and individual PDF exports. Pro adds spreadsheet batch output, reusable data lists and more workstations. New accounts include a 14-day Pro trial without a card. Compare plans.
Where do my files go?
Opening, cropping and exporting a label file happens in your browser. Local drafts and recent designs are stored on this device. Saving to an account uploads the design; cloud printing relays the job through our servers. Privacy details.
